ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad Courses offered

Courses in IBS Hyderabad are provided at UG and PG levels. Some of the programs at the UG level are BA and BBA. In terms of the PG program, they offer EMBA and MA. 

In UG courses:

• For BA and BBA, the students must have completed 10+2 board exams to be eligible for admission. 
• The BA fee is INR 1.2 lakhs, and the BBA fee is INR 2.5 lakhs per annum. 

In PG courses: 

• The course offered is an MBA. The course duration is 2 years.
• The eligibility for an MBA is to have completed a UG degree from a certified University in any stream. 
• The available specializations in MBA are Finance, HRM, HCM, Marketing, Economics, Operation and Information Management. 
• The MBA fee is INR 16.02 lakhs for the entire program.

ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad Admission Process

The IBS Hyderabad admission is based on academic scores and competitive exam scores. For UG, programs like BA and BBA will be based on academic merit and personal interview performance. In the case of PG programs, the selection is based on the merit scores secured in the competitive entrance exams.

The accepted entrance exams for MBA admissions are IBSAT/ MAT/ CAT/ XAT, etc. IBS Hyderabad cutoff in IBSAT is 72-78 per cent. However, the CAT score cutoff is 60%, the GMAT cutoff is 500 scores, and the cutoff in NMAT is to have secured 150 marks and above.

IBSAT exam:

• IBSAT is a computer-based exam; the questions are asked in MCQ format.
• The duration of the IBSAT is two hours to solve 140 questions. 
• The sections of IBSAT are quantitative methods, data interpretation, data sufficiency, vocabulary, analytical thinking, and reading comprehension.
• The IBSAT cutoff is 72-78. 

How to apply for IBS Hyderabad?

The admission process involves 

• First, they must visit the official website and make a registration. 
• Later, they must fill in the IBS Hyderabad application form with all the necessary information and documents.
• The last step to finish the application process is to pay the application fee of INR 1500.
• Later, the applicants will be called for the institute entrance exam, called the IBSAT entrance exam.
• After meeting the entrance exam cutoff, the candidates will be called for GD and PI rounds.

The College boasts about its flourishing infrastructure facilities.

The hostel also provides accommodation facilities for its students. They offer individual rooms for boys and girls.

The College does offer scholarship provisions for its students. The College will provide merit-based scholarships and one for needy candidates.

In addition, the College will consider the last qualifying exam scores to provide concessions in the tuition fees. The other type of scholarship is given on semester-wise concession.

Apart from merit scholarships, the concession is given to students from sports quota, reserved category, and financially weak students.
